Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) is a Confocal laser device added on the basis of traditional optical microscopy. With laser as a light source, it can clearly present fluorescence images of fine structures inside cells or tissues with a resolution of about 220-250nm. It can be used to observe and analyze the three-dimensional spatial structure and dynamics of living cells without damage and high-definition, as well as multiple immunofluorescence (IF) and ion fluorescence labeling experiments.
